I started turning wrenches at 8yrs old with my father. He owned a landscape company in South Florida and we did all our own repairs on the dump truck, backhoe, and bulldozer. He believed in an Honest days pay, for and Honest days work! After the military and career with the government, I returned to what I know, and enjoy, for work. I worked the last 10 yrs for different companies and saw some real shady practices. I decided that people needed a good and honest mechanic. Hence AM Diesel and Hydraulics was opened in June of 2024!

Labor Rates = $85 an hr (thru June 1, 2025)

Roadside Service= $125 first hr, then regular hourly rate.

Connection fee = $50 (Not $125, like most mechanics & dealers)

Mileage = Free (We don't charge mileage)

Travel Time = 1/2 the hourly rate

Parts = At or below list price (No Mark up! I pass my discount on to you.)

Misc Shop Supplies = $20 per day, not $60 (Power blaster, brake clean, & oil dry aren't cheap!)

Our goal is to keep your equipment up and running! We understand that every day your equipment is down, you lose money! We would rather have 100 happy customers that we only see once a year for PM, than 10 mad customers that we have to see every day or every week. We take pride in our work and nothing makes us happier than knowing your machine is functioning at it's best, because we made it that way!!!
